At your new patient visit, we provide time for you to meet with Dr. Chandler and our team to get to know you and your health history.
While completing a thorough examination, we learn about your dental goals, past experiences, and current concerns.
Do you want your teeth whiter? Straighter? Not to hurt with hot or cold beverages? Fresher breath? Easier chewing? No question is too small or silly to address.
Knowing your health history is an important step as many oral conditions affect major organs and the oral cavity can also offer information to catch disease processes early. To save you time in the office, you may enjoy completing the New Patient Health History and Registration/Privacy Information prior to your appointment. Just download, print, and complete. You can drop the information by or bring the completed forms to your first visit.

Along with the comprehensive oral exam, to catch problems when they are small and to provide the clearest diagnostic quality, we utilize digital dental films. If treatment is indicated, we’ll discuss solutions that work for your budget and desires. Time is typically scheduled to provide a dental cleaning at your first visit also. However, sometimes the best interests of the patient are served by providing a different procedure or allowing more time for discussion. After this first visit, we’ll define a plan just right for you. Although you may not require the full length of time, set aside 90 minutes for your first visit so that you are able to remain relaxed, focused and gain the best value for the time you have dedicated.
Our office is easy to find. Located next to Emmanuel College, we are a Franklin Springs address even though it feels too many as if you are in Royston. Our practice is on the border of the towns of Royston and Franklin Springs, in Franklin County.
